Welcome to Nant Gwylan's class page.
Nant Gwylan is a mixed age class for Year 5 and 6 children. On this page you will find some useful information about the class and an outline of what we will study during this year. You will also see examples of some of the work the children undertake in the class.
Our theme this half term is 'On our door step' where we will be looking at what Llandysul has to offer as a community. We will extend this theme further during the second half term by looking at the history of Patagonia and why people decided to migrate to this country in 1865 and comparing and contrasting the communities here in Wales and in Patagonia today.

'Symud a Sbri' with the Urdd
04 DEC 2023 - 14:15Collen, Gwyddil, Gwenffrwd, Nant Gwylan, Caradog, GwyddgrugWELSH CHARTER "SIARTER IAITH"Elin Wyn came to some movement and dance with us yesterday. All the pupils had fun dancing, singing and playing games through the medium of Welsh. We even had a special visit from Mr Urdd himself!
