Our School Vision Statement
As a school community, we consider it a privilege to be leading provision that offers and continuity and progression under one roof for our pupils. What is offered to is firmly based on the following basic principles:
- Ensuring excellent standards of learning and teaching to support our pupils to become ambitious, capable learners and will in turn prepare them to be whole-of-life learners
- Foster an educational climate where staff and pupils are keen to innovate and where challenges are seen as opportunities to learn and develop.
- Ensure a safe, supportive atmosphere that allows our pupils to cultivate qualities such as self-esteem, respect for others and kindness; are healthy and confident individuals who will be ready to be valued members of society.
- Support all pupils to develop creativity and innovation skills; to develop the ability to think critically and solve problems; to develop personal effectiveness; to develop planning and organisational skills
- Develop awareness and pride in our habitat, languages, culture and traditions among our pupils which will underpin expanding their horizons, knowledge and awareness of Wales' relationship with Europe and the world.
- Develop a successful relationship between the school, parents and the broad Bro Teifi community to support pupils' learning.
